Well, I think it may be safe to finally bring out the winter recipes! Beef Stew is an all-time favorite and I am IN LOVE with this simple, flavorful and low cost dinner option! What makes this great? It uses a cheap cut of meat but because you let it simmer in a rich & flavorful broth all day, it allows the meat to turn into a tender, delicious, juicy perfect bite!
Beef Stew that Melts in your mouth!
1 lb. Stew Meat
6 Golden Potatoes (Diced)
6 Carrots (Peeled & Diced)
4 Stalks Celery (Diced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 16 Oz Can Beef Broth
1 Bottle (32oz) Mr. T's Bloody Mary Mixer (You can use the Spicy if you like a bit more heat!)
Salt & Pepper to taste. (I usually do 2 pinches salt and a pinch of pepper)

Take ALL THE INGREDIENTS and toss them in your Crockpot. Set on High for 6-8 Hours. That's It!
Serve alongside some warm cornbread and ENJOY!
